Livingston County United Way announced the 2020 Volunteer of the Year Awards yesterday. We’re excited to share that Neal was awarded the Charles W. Itsell Volunteer of the Year! This award recognizes an individual whose commitment to the Livingston County United Way and the health and human service needs of our community during the past year goes far “above and beyond” typical volunteerism.
