HOMETOWN INTRODUCES SPIN CLASS

Keep those legs and lungs rocking, no matter what the weather! Hometown Bicycles is totally geeked to announce our newly formed, spin class partnership with Hamburg Fitness Center.

Hamburg Fitness Center is reserving 10 spin bikes in their popular, Monday night spin class specifically for Hometown Bicycles customers. At just $10 a class, you’ll receive top-rated spin training from certified professionals. These spots are open on a first-come-first-serve basis, so be sure to call the gym and reserve a bike.

No membership required. No pre-payment required. AND you’ll be spinning alongside Shaun and the Hometown crew. If nothing else motivates you, go just to see Shaun pedaling his legs off!

Now that you’ve tightened those muscles with spinning, let’s loosen them back up with yoga! Hometown Bicycles is serenely jumping for joy about our yoga partnership with Body Within Personal Training. We (Shaun and Dawn) can personally vouch for the life-altering awesomeness of their classes. As Body Within notes:

“Some cyclists use the dark, cold months to hibernate, but this year could be different! Your winter could be used to build strength, flexibility, power and stamina. Taking just one weekly yoga class can give you this, plus make you less injury-prone, promote speedier recovery, reduce stress, and lengthen muscles to give you a longer, more powerful stride.”
