Ralph, I admit that I was perplexed when we received your comment since, at this time, I have only worked on bicycles for people I know personally. If I did quote you for something that you felt was unreasonable, please feel free to call me at the shop (810) 225-2441, and perhaps we can come to a reasonable resolution. I take a great deal of pride in what I do, and want to ensure that everyone I deal with is completely satisfied.
