We believe, heart and soul, that Hometown Bicycles IS Southeast Michigan’s best bike shop and, this year, we’re gonna prove it.
Right now, thanks to your awesome support, we’re rocking 1st place in Detroit’s Vote 4 the Best contest. Loyal Hometownies…
Keep us there!
If we win Best Bike Shop 2012, ALL IN-STOCK BIKES AND ACCESSORIES will be 20% OFF on the day after we find out the results.
We’ll announce the results on Facebook and our website, so stay tuned!
If we place 2nd? Shaun might throw a temper tantrum and ADD 10% to everything. Help us keep Shaun from throwing a temper tantrum…

Hometown’s Team Triumphs!
Hometown’s Scott Hoffner defended his title at Maybury Mountain Bike Time Trial, winning with over a minute’s lead. You know it’s a good ride when the event organizer says “now THAT was a fast time!” Way to go, Scott!!
Capital “K” KUDOS to our new Cat 5 State Champion, Ryan Erxleben, who blew everyone’s socks off at the 2012 Milford Criterium. Here’s to the start of a stellar cycling career!
And three college cheers for C.J. Brish and Ray Dangelmaier, former Hometownies who’ve left the state to follow their passion for cycling at Lindenwood University and Union College, respectively. We’re proud of you. Now go learn something!
Hometown Photo of the Month
Paul & Lisa S. enjoy $10 store credit for spotting our Vibe!
At last weekend’s Zukey Lake Tri, Paul and Lisa snapped a photo beside the Hometown support vehicle (see above). They posted it on their Facebook page, tagged Hometown in the photo, and took home a tidy $10 store credit for participating in our Spot the Vibe Challenge!
Wishing that was you? Then keep your camera at the ready, because any time you spot our Vibe off company grounds, you could be in line for a $10 Hometown store credit!
