WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY’S CLINIC makes it’s epic debut in this last of our 2-month, twice-a-week, Winter Clinic Series.

Guest speakers from multiple Michigan rides will share insider event details and answer your questions. Additionally, we’ve compiled bicycle literature from many of Hometown’s FAVORITE Michigan rides, and will have a plethora of pamphlets for you to choose from!

While our schedule has had to bend and shift with circumstances, we’ve been pouring heart, soul, elbow grease, and way-out-there creativity into this gem of a store. It’s going to be magical.

We can’t wait to get you in there, and will let you know when THE BIG DAY arrives!

The rules are simple:
EVERY SATURDAY MORNING

1) Turn your breakfast into a bicycle.
2) Take a photo.
3) Post your photo on our Facebook page.
4) Check back at noon to see if you won!

We pick a winner the same day at noon, and that lucky foodie will win the Prize of the Week. Susan rocked a fruity bicycle in this week’s contest (photo above), and won a Lord of the Rings book series.

TONIGHT & TOMORROW’S CLINIC is being led by an enthusiast who’s taken cycling and bicycle touring to a whole new level – Jim Gilligan, yoga mastermind of Yoga Nature, owner of Snedicor’s, and one seriously cool dude.

Jim will be sharing, from personal experience, some of Michigan’s best parks and routes for your next cycling adventure!

TONIGHT & TOMORROW’S CLINIC is a perennial favorite! It’s all about saving you a long, unplanned walk home.

You’ll learn how to fix flat tires, broken chains, and other on-the-go “uh-oh”s. Best of all, THIS CLINIC IS HANDS ON. Everyone will have an opportunity to personally try the techniques with the help of our expert staff.

This is an awesome clinic for the novice rider, and a fantastic refresher course for experienced cyclists. Our phone’s ringing off the hook for this one, so bring along an extra chair for yourself, just in case!

With Michigan cycling season officially kicking off on March 1st, we’re less than 20 days away from all heck breaking loose at Hometown. We’re ready for it. Are you???

Now that we’ve pressed your panic button, here’s what’s going on… get money back from your tune-up and help a friend out in the process! Our Tune-Up Referral Card works like this:

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:  We’ll put a $5 store credit on your account when your friend brings in the Referral Card with their purchase of a Hometown tune-up.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUR FRIEND:  Your friend gets a complimentary inner tube when they redeem the Referral Card with their Hometown tune-up.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR HOMETOWN:  Bike people and bike repair – our two favorite things in the world. That makes this program just plain awesome.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUR COMMUNITY:  Remember, $5 of every, single Hometown tune-up purchased between January 1 – March 31, 2014 is being donated to the Livingston County United Way, which runs programs that directly benefit our community.
