Christmas Cyclists, Ornament Making, and Lots of Love

 Christmas lights at Hometown Bicycles

HOMETOWN BICYCLES CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR’S HOURS:
Christmas Eve  |  9AM – 3PM
Christmas Day through New Year’s Day
|  CLOSED*
Monday, January 2nd  |  9AM – 9PM (regular hours)
It’s always been our tradition to make the Christmas season about family… well, actually we make EVERY day about family – but especially between Christmas and New Year’s, we close the shop so that our crew can spend quality time with their loved ones.

* So why, you are wondering, do we have a big, ol’ highlighted asterisk next to “CLOSED”? It’s because this year, there will be a couple exceptions, when Shaun and I open the shop briefly for classes held in our Community Room. Post-Christmas, we’ll be NEEDING Cardio Drumming to burn off cookies, and Yoga to melt away holiday stress! Please drop by to participate, or even just to tell us what Santa put under your tree!

WE WILL BE OPEN:

Wednesday, December 28th from 6PM – 8PM
for Cardio Drumming with Martha Soraruf

Friday, December 30th from 9AM – 10AM
for Dynamic Yoga with Ashley Knuth of Tocca Massage & Yoga

WE FOUND THAT LOVIN’ FEELIN’…

Love INC logoChristmas spirit is running rampant here at Hometown!

We’d like to give a giant shout-out to a wonderful and anonymous couple (you know who you are), who just donated over $400 in Hometown gift certificates to Love INC, a non-profit organization “dedicated to meeting basic needs like food, shelter, clothing, transportation, and money management… for folks in crisis.” Love INC provides transportation in the form of bicycles to down-on-their-luck and reforming individuals. What a thoughtful donation!

Thanks, too, to Team Hometown Bicycles rider Tom Hermann for initiating the connection.
